After the trauma of the Winter Concert on
Saturday, it was with great relief that on Sunday afternoon I settled on to my yoga mat for a Christmas Chill-out with the lovely
Harshani. We stretched, we chanted, we breathed, we relaxed: it was bliss.

Today, I'm celebrating:
* some great yoga with my own students
* a successful final rehearsal ahead of a carol concert this
weekend
* visiting my mum and catching up on all the news
'up north'
* resisting the temptation to buy any more baubles
Have a great weekend, folks - and wrap up warm!
I'd love to try yoga one day :)
ReplyDeleteWhat's stopping you, Laura?
DeleteWhy would you resist the urge to stop buying more baubles? I hope your students enjoy the yoga and you have a great time with your mom.
ReplyDeleteNana, there simply isn't room for any more trimmings. Had a lovely lunch with mum, thanks, and took in a visit from a friend, too.
DeleteOh, a Christmas concert! I am jealous as we didn't do one this year and I just love singing carols.
ReplyDeleteThis evening we're singing some traditional Northamptonshire carol arrangements from the 18th century, and we have a musician joining us with his ophicleide!
DeleteHow lovely to catch up with your mum and to have a carol concert!
